THE STRUCTURE
Simple. Intentional.
Each session is designed to be productive — and genuinely enjoyable. You'll step into places, conversations, and experiences you likely wouldn't on your own. There is a collective wisdom that only can happen when you are in a group such as this. You can't tap into this level of wisdom in a room alone, there is an intelligence that only lives and is accessed within the collective.
Private 1-1 Intensive Session with Crystal
Just you and me. We will spend 2 hours together going deep into your desires. Then we will get focused on what your project will be for this program, and how to get there. We can clear your nerves, dance, and commit to your journey together.
Opening Retreat
We will set your direction, by helping you decide what your focus for this container will be (aka your project). You will meet your cohort and start to practice some of the regulation tools we will use throughout our time together. Plus we will have fun and ritual together... for two nights... all in a beautiful setting in SLO County. This is where the magic and friendships begin.
Day-Sessions
-We start each day with plenty of TLC (tender loving care). In order to accelerate further faster, we need to tend to your nervous system's needs. Think breathwork, sound healing, journaling, grounding, etc.
-Then we will spend focused time on your chosen project/mission. This is where we help you TCOB (take care of business)!
-You will receive small group and full group "hot seats" where you can ask 20 women to open their network and wisdom to you.
-We will do actual work, in the moment, all happening together. Think calling, texting, emailing - all to help you leap forward NOW!
-We will also have mini-workshops by guest facilitators on topics to help you move forward (think manifestation, public speaking, how to start a non-profit, how to ask a donor for money, how to receive, etc).
-Finally, we will have some "in the field" visits to local businesses to further expand your network! You will be surprised and delighted to be introduced to other people of impact, and get the chance to learn how they have innovated and expanded their reach.
Community Tea Time (optional Bonus)
Between Day-Sessions we will have Tea + TCOB sessions at my house. If you need some direction, if you need some quiet time, if you need a friendly face to encourage you to keep going... just show up and we will get you moving forward again.
Final Closing Event
Let's play, let's laugh, let's celebrate our acceleration! Our final session will be a Commitment Ceremony and we will commemorate it with a photo session like you have NEVER experienced before.

Once a month we will have optional TEA + TCOB sessions at Crystal's house.
You will receive a welcome email (look for an email labeled: The Accelerator).
It will have information on how to book your private 1-1 intensive with Crystal. You will also be instructed to celebrate and text Crystal so she can celebrate along with you!
